Return & Exchange Policy

At Underneat, we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident with your purchase.
While we maintain strict hygiene standards, we also understand that sometimes, things may not work out as expected.

What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange

We offer a no-questions-asked return/exchange on Bras, Saree Shapewear, Bodycon Dress ONLY, provided that:

•⁠  ⁠The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
•⁠  ⁠All tags and labels are intact
•⁠  ⁠The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Once the request is approved, we’ll arrange a home pickup for you.
Please note: applicable shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

•⁠  ⁠Cash on Delivery Orders: We’ll initiate the refund once your bank account details are shared and verified within 7-10 working days post pickup. 
•⁠  ⁠Store Credit: You can choose to receive a credit note via your registered email ID, valid for future purchases.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items (as per category)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

•⁠  ⁠All Shapewears
•⁠  ⁠Bodysuits & brief bodysuits
•⁠  ⁠Underwears/ shorts
•⁠  ⁠Accessories 

If any of these items are delivered defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately, we’ll ensure it’s resolved on priority.
