Accepted Payment Methods

● Cash on Delivery (COD) (conditions apply)

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Conditions

● COD is available up to an order value of ₹5,000.
● Orders above ₹5,000 will require prepaid payment.

● COD may be restricted in certain pin codes due to courier service limitations.

Order Confirmation

● An order is considered successfully placed once the customer receives an Order
Confirmation Email.
● If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.

Security

All payments processed through Razorpay and Easebuzz are secure and encrypted. Underneat
does not store any card or banking information.
Failed or Refunded Payments

● In case of a failed payment where the amount is deducted, the payment gateway will
auto-reverse it to the original mode within 5–7 working days.
