1. Delivery Options and Rates

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over ₹1000.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard processing takes 1-4 business days, with delivery
times of 2-4 days for domestic shipments.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking details.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery agents will make up to three attempts. If undelivered, the package will return to us.

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 business days of receiving the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

• Boob Tape

• Panties & Underwear

• Brief Bodysuits

• Bunny Ups

• Any product with a broken seal or tampered packaging

📦 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition

• Must include original packaging and receipt/invoice

• Tags must be intact

• Any product returned in damaged condition or without proper packaging will not be accepted

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days after the product is picked up and passes quality check ( If applicable).
