1. Delivery Options and Rates

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over ₹1000.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard processing takes 1-4 business days, with delivery
times of 2-4 days for domestic shipments.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking details.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery agents will make up to three attempts. If undelivered, the package will return to us.

1. Return Eligibility

The following items are excluded from our return policy:
Bodysuit, Shapewear, tummy tuckers , nipple pasty, Boob Tape, Panties, Brief Bodysuit, Underwear/shorts, Bunny ups, or any products with a broken seal. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.
Refund to be made to the user shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may, in our sole discretion, refund the shipping charges to you.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition with the original receipt and packaging.

3. Return Process

Sign in to your account.
Go to "View All Orders" and select the order.
Initiate the return request.

4. Refunds:

Please note that refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of product pickup. Please expect the refund to be credited in your account within 7 working days.

Shipping charges will only be refunded for defective or incorrect items.

Gentle Removal: Always remove using oil or an adhesive remover to protect your skin.
Listen to Your Skin: If you experience redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately.
Limit Wear Time: Do not wear for more than 8 hours to allow your skin to breathe.
Apply Without Stretching: Avoid overstretching the tape to prevent discomfort and skin irritation.
Use Only on Healthy Skin: Do not apply to cuts, burns, rashes, or sunburned areas.
Consult a Physician: If you have any skin conditions or concerns, check with your doctor before use.
